I was first introduced to super kawaii label Scrapbook by an old roommate and friend. If it were a shoe, Scrapbook would be Irregular Choice (or maybe this one). The Rosea Criss Cross Strap Dress for $105 is simple yet fun, while on the opposite end of the spectrum, the Andora Jumper Shorts are maybe a bit too fun.
