Cynthia Rowley’s Caning Print Skirt

Cynthia Rowley’s Caning Print Skirt combines breezy summer fun with the new high-waist trend that is quickly making the transition from runway into the real world. Paired with a simple white tank and metallic sandals, this skirt can be taken from the beach and into the office with the addition of a structured jacket. The gathered top and sash belt give this skirt the appearance of a beautifully wrapped present. But at $220, this skirt would be a present I would have to give myself.
Chloé Ruffle Front Blouse

Chloé is my favorite brand. I fell in love with this particular shirt, though, because it is like Chloé is doing luxurious office chic. Of course, while still holding onto the romantic and sleek essence of the label. The blouse is a neutral that would look great for work paired with everything from flat-front trousers to a tulip skirt. To make it a little more wild for evening, add dangly earrings and killer heels. I love how the high neck keeps the piece tasteful while the lack of sleeves keeps it from being too demure. Chloé will always be about classic couture that is full of interesting combinations that seem to contradict each another but end up being just perfect.
I’m All Caught Up

This sexy net skirt by Martin Margiela is quite a racy number. Here seen with the silk skirt underneath, the net skirt is a package with options. The net can be worn by itself for a revealing look or worn as a cute summer cape for a New Romance look. The skirt, selling for $713, also has great fluidness that would make it perfect for dancing the night away to the Gypsy Kings at a bistro in your neighborhood.
Purple Denim Shorts

How fun are these shorts? I love that denim shorts are coming back in style, but the color of this particular pair from Shop Bop will ensure that you don’t end up in the same duds as everyone else. Offering more flexibility than most skirts, these would look killer with everything from heels and a flimsy empire-waist top to flip flops, a skinny tank, and big sunglasses.Â
