International Concepts Shorts

So I’ve been searching for a cute pair of white shorts for a while now and seem to have the problem of only finding two styles: hot pants or boring capris.  White on the bottom certainly goes with everything and is a choice only in the summer, but it can be hard to pull off (especially when I’m so picky!).  Luckily, I think I may have found the perfect pair.  I love how these ones from International Concepts are kind of loose, but a little more fitted around the knee.  Plus, you have the fun decision to make between the two different lengths- neither of which will make you look like a soccer mom or an extra in “The Dukes of Hazard.”

Scrapbook Andora Jumper Shorts

I was first introduced to super kawaii label Scrapbook by an old roommate and friend. If it were a shoe, Scrapbook would be Irregular Choice (or maybe this one). The Rosea Criss Cross Strap Dress for $105 is simple yet fun, while on the opposite end of the spectrum, the Andora Jumper Shorts are maybe a bit too fun. Then again, even the Fug Girls have lightened their stance on jumper shorts, so be super kawaii and order this comfortable and moveable piece for $102.

Mia Shoes

I am girl always looking for a bargain.  That’s why I love these sandals from Mia Shoes.  If your not familiar with Mia Shoes, they sell great trendy shoes in all different styles at great prices!  You cant go wrong with these flat, open toe Athena sandals for summer. They’ll go great with all those summer dresses and shorts too!  I like them because I remember wearing Grecian sandals in High School.  And…. they are on sale for $39.99!!!  Now that’s a bargain you cant pass up!

Old Navy Babydoll Dress

When I find something I like, I always want to buy about five of them.  Luckily, with this Old Navy babydoll dress, I probably could.  It comes in 8 different fun patterns that are all comfy and of-so summery.  I love the idea of mixing these frocks with slim-fitting Bermuda shorts.  And I will definitely be putting my favorite silver flats to good use with this one!

Trunk Ltd. “The Essential Beatles” Tee

Trunk Ltd. makes the quintessential vintage rocker tee. They have tees for every musical act from Jimi Hendrix to Pink Floyd to Miles Davis. Mischa Barton is always wearing one while she runs around Hollywood. Their "The Essential Beatles" Tee is a fantastic tee for the Sgt. Pepper crowd. At $104 from Belle Gray, it isn’t exactly cheap for a tee, but it’s extremely high on style. Pair it under a trim blazer and jeans for a great afternoon look, or with shorts and sandals for a cool summer concert look. Lonely hearts deserve a little love, don’t they?
