Devi Kroell for Target

Words cannot express how excited I was when I heard Target tapped Devi Kroell to be their newest accessory designer. Devi is a renowned luxury designer, known for her use of exotic skins such as python. Recently honored for her accessories at the CFDA Awards her oversized metallic python bags were a big hit in Hollywood. Although for her Target collection she’s used faux materials, they still have that same supple look as her high end collection. Pieces range from small evening clutches to totes and hobos and will range from $19.99 to $49.99. These bags will be sold for a limited time at most stores and at Target.com, July 15 through September 30. They are gorgeous and well done and I cant wait to get my hands on them!

Derek Lam Hildegard Hobo - The Bag to Have
Posted on June 14, 2007 at 10:34 am (PST) | Comments Off
Each time I visit the Barneys website, I stop, stare and fall in love all over again with this Derek Lam Hildegard Hobo, $1,800. I know the price is out of this world. Still, not taking money into consideration, this bag is exquisite. The shape is perfect and the bunching at the top just right. The brass ram’s head hardware is unlike anything I’ve seen out there and really makes the bag what it is. It comes with detachable leather shoulder straps, which would come in handy when I’m on one of my shopping excursions. In other words, it’s the bag to have…or more like the bag to stalk!

If you love Bottega Veneta (and I think it’s safe to say that Jeremiah does), you’ll love Corto Moltedo, the line created by the son of Bottega Veneta founders Laura and Vittorio Moltedo. The Priscilla Woven Leather Tote is equal parts Bottega leather craftsmanship and Anna Corinna’s modern and practical, convertible City Tote shape. Snag it for £810.
Bottega Veneta Embroidered Woven Hobo

Bottega Veneta makes such amazingly crafted bags, each one is like a piece of art, which makes the price seem totally justifiable. The artisans in Italy craft everything by hand, which is such a rare thing today. Bottega Veneta’s Embroidered Woven Hobo comes in both basic ebano black and my favorite, a stunning port red (above) for $3340 each from Neiman Marcus. The red color is so deep, rich, and beautiful, with the variations from juicy apple all the way to an almost deep-chocolatey color. It’s absolutely gorgeous! Get it now!
