In my opinion, the rather liberal use of fringes on this pair of shoes could work in two ways: It may take away some of the charm, or it might turn it around and make it so fabulous that, soon enough, the trend becomes fashionable with every designer label. However, it is up to the readers to decide just what is fashionable or not.
