You know I love great deals.  And if your thinking about buying costume jewelry that probably wont make it past one season……. why spend any money??  Forever 21 always has great accessories at unbelievable prices and no one is ever the wiser.  I have a piece I constantly get compliments on!  No one can believe I spent only $4.80 !!!  These three different necklaces I spotted from the retail chain are all under $7.00!!!!  Believe me you’ll love them……. and your wallet will love you.

House of Holland Fashion Groupies Tee

Remember when these House of Holland Groupie Tees, $75, were the buzz of all the fashion circles? Given the neon colors and witty phrases like "Get Yer Freak On Giles Deacon," it’s easy to see why! They’re definitely punky, funky and great conversation starters. But why so pricey?

If you’re h-o-t-t and you know it, get this Forever 21 Hot Tee, $14. Although the phrase isn’t the same as the tees from House of Holland, the motif is spot-on: oversized tee, big, bold letters, bright colors…you get the picture. Buyer beware: do not wear this tee if you don’t want to be noticed!

Anthropologie Go-See Halter Dress

A few days ago, I saw the movie Evening. And during the movie, I fell in love…with a dress. A black, floral, square-neck halter, decidedly 50’s but absolutely beautiful. It was a dress that transcends time and trends. It made Claire Danes look effortlessly chic; appropriate for the WASPy rehearsal dinner to which she wore it but also for a night out in the West Village, where her character lived. As I was perusing Anthropolgie today, I could barely believe it. It was the dress–or something like it. And it was cheap. Of course, it isn’t H&M cheap and certainly not Forever 21 cheap. But for an Anthropologie dress, the prices don’t get much better. If only I had Hugh Dancy at my side, things would certainly be looking up.
