The Body Shop–Seriously

The freaking Body Shop? Is this 1995, you ask?  I mean, are we all back in high school, taking trips to the mall, swirling bronzing beads on our oily, adolescent faces with one hand, while holding frosty banana-strawberry smoothies in the other?

Sadly, no. We’re all here now, in this complicated world of 2007, but I AM intending to get retro on you guys. And I’m starting with The Body Shop. This place has revamped, retooled and in all other ways revitalized their makeup collections. We all know it’s the place for all your Ocean/Tobacco/Grass/Musk-scented  home-oils, but now the "Shop" is also your  go-to stop for glosses, bronzers and shimmers. I especially love their Spring/Summer shadow-cube with a frosty collection of pastels for almost any skin hue. And for a diamond-lit lip with mega-watt sheen, try their Crystal Sparkle Glosses–but be warned: the shine factor is so high, you’ll have to pass out sunglasses…
