Juicy Couture Swimwear: Love It or Hate It?

I really like these bikinis by Juicy Couture. These are the Beach Tennis Halter Bra Top and Classic Bottom (each piece $75 at Bloomingdale’s) and the Beach Tennis Stripe Halter Bra Top and Tie Bottom (each piece $70).

But there’s a catch… turn around and you’ve got "Juicy" written across your butt.Â

There’s something about wearing the label on the outside that cheapens clothing, I think. There’s a lot to be said for letting the design speak for itself. I love these bikinis from the front, but I won’t buy one because I think the back ruins them. What do you think?

I was always skeptical of those clothes that you could supposedly wear 10 different ways. How could one dress be worn as a skirt, a top, and pants???? Skeptical until I discovered Carilyn Vaile! Carilyn IS California style. She creates pieces for the every day woman who is on the go. Her clothes are versatile, comfortable and low maintenance. She designs with multi-functionality in mind, a skirt that can become a dress or pants that can be worn as a cocktail worthy jumpsuit in just 30 seconds. Not only can you wear her pieces in multiple ways but they are extremely stylish too! Available at Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus, and Bloomingdales, be sure to check out her website - carilynvaile.com. 1 piece …. 10 different ways?? Who would of thought…

Missoni dresses have been really popular lately, especially since Mischa Barton has been spotted both on the red carpet and just out and about in their timeless signature multicolor prints. M Missoni, their more afforadble diffusion line, takes the same bright 1970s-esque Missoni spirit and injects a more youthful spirit into it, all at a lower price point. Case in point: M Missoni Striped V-Neck Dress with Printed Sash. Originally $595, now on sale for just 357.99 from Bloomingdale’s, it’s a sweet deal for the Missoni look. Catch the hip 70s craze now!
