Juicy Couture Swimwear: Love It or Hate It?

I really like these bikinis by Juicy Couture. These are the Beach Tennis Halter Bra Top and Classic Bottom (each piece $75 at Bloomingdale’s) and the Beach Tennis Stripe Halter Bra Top and Tie Bottom (each piece $70).

But there’s a catch… turn around and you’ve got "Juicy" written across your butt.Â

There’s something about wearing the label on the outside that cheapens clothing, I think. There’s a lot to be said for letting the design speak for itself. I love these bikinis from the front, but I won’t buy one because I think the back ruins them. What do you think?

Diane Von Furstenberg Beach

When I was younger I couldn’t wait for summer. No school, longer days, and shopping for new bikinis. I still love summer just not so much the bikini part. Diane Von Furstenberg has brought her iconic style to the beach with her new DVF Grand Hotel Swimwear Collection. Not only does she give us great bikinis and cover-ups, but beach towels! Made of 100% cotton these glamorous yet functional soft terry beach towels are the ultimate beach accessory! With one of these on the beach … maybe no one will notice me in my bikini!! Beach Towel in Blue Eyelet Lace - $150.00
Betsey Johnson Brown Halter Bikini: Love It or Hate It?

It’s nearly time to hit the beach, and there’s a lot of fabulous swim wear to choose from. This Betsey Johnson ’Chocolate Kiss’ Halter Bikini, $160, however, is not so much. The hot pink sculpted roses make the otherwise-pretty chocolate brown bikini hideous. The roses, along with the gold beads and embossed hearts, are just too much. Plus, I feel like they would dig into your skin if you were laying on your tummy sunbathing. Do you agree?

Bikinis - Wet and Wild

Here are some suits that will have you ready to rock in a more rigorous wet n’ wild paradise. These are sportier options, with bold colors and stronger fits. Now feel free to sport these in Teahupoo, Tahiti, or the Great Barrier Reef down under, just be sure to pile on the sunscreen and be bikini line ready - you never know what a wipe out will expose!
