Classiques Entier Leather Trench

Who could pass up this variation on the oh-so-classic trench coat? In spite of its classic cut, this Classiques Entier Leather Trench gives off a slight vintage vibe with its wide collar, large buttons, and rich color. The length of this jacket (hits mid-thigh) makes it ultra versatile while the soft leather renders it ultra durable.

The back belt tunnel pictured above adds a clean touch that also ensures the belt stays put. Fabulous details aside, perhaps what grabbed me most about this trench is its rich caramel color. With so much black and gray in store for the fall, this warm color stands out…in a good way.
Get your Classiques Entier Leather Trench for $450 at Nordstrom, a worthy investment for such a classic (with a vintage twist!) jacket.

If you want to go to London, but cringe at how amazingly expensive it can be, settle for the next best thing: a fabulous mac coat. Fall is upon us, and a fantastic coat is practically mandatory. Get this one - a Rag & Bone Mac Coat. Rag & Bone makes the most amazingly cut jeans in the best denim, so it’s no surprise that their new clothing line pays the same kind of attention to details. Cut to fall mid-thigh and with a wrap-and-tie belt, it’s young and modern and oh-so-flattering. Get it from Active Endeavors for just $495 (and use the coupon code ‘better’ for 25% off!).
Built by Wendy Wool Tunic

I was pleasantly surprised to see Built by Wendy’s fall line finally pop up on the web site (oh, I haven’t been checking that often …just once or twice a day). I was especially drawn to this wool tunic in burgundy, natch. We often think of tunics as being light and swingy, but this piece defies the norm and still looks fabulous. I love the textured knit of the sweater, and I can see it being worn with a belt over it or as-is. I love the illustrated look of ¾-length sleeves layered over other shirts! And plus, how about the gorgeous and talented Robin Tunney modeling the brand? Fabulous!
