You know how, come three o’clock, you have that pesky, oily, horizontal line on your lid  where your painstakingly perfect eye shadow should be?

I know that three o’clock line. Oh, I know it all too well.

But now three o’clock can represent a whole host of other irritating mid-day feelings, because your expertly applied eye makeup ain’t going anywhere. Not with Too-Faced shadow bases! Choose either a soft shimmer–adorably named First Base–or if matte’s where you’re at, try their Second Base–a soft, subtle yellow which mightily clings to any flat color. Or, at a mere 15 bucks a pop for something which will last you at least 4 months, get both!
