Marciano Zebra Color Block Maxi Dress: Love it or Hate it?

I cannot believe this dress for $228 from Marciano is for real.  It’s hideous!  There is way too much going on here. Shiny? Matte? Zebra? Striped? Solid? Make up your mind! And three different shades of pink all paired with black!  Ugh!  It reminds me of something you’d wear with a witch hat to a Halloween party. Do you all agree?
