Esprit Herringbone Jacket

This fitted military-style jacket is adorable with its herringbone pattern. I love the useful pockets and cropped cut. This is ideal for a fall season where you don’t have to worry about bone-chilling cold, but strappy sundresses are no longer weather-appropriate. Although, come to think of it, this would look awesome over a strappy sundress!
Love it or hate it: Nanette Lepore Roulette Wheel Jacket

This jacket is interesting. On the one hand, it could be considered trendy with the fluffy cropped sleeves and the bold pattern. The interesting neckline and large buttons add a sort of flair that you can’t get from your average pea-coat. On the other hand, the pattern seems almost overwhelming and the cut a little unflattering. Although I do like the jacket in the charcoal color better than camel, I’m not sure that it’s something I would get much use out of. And I definitely know I wouldn’t want to experiment with new styles for such a high price tag. What do you think?
Les Prairies de Paris Gus Rain Coat

The impossibly chic Gus Rain Coat from Les Prairies de Paris is on sale for $225 (from $470) and so perfect for your next mini break and stroll down the Champs-Élysées. I can’t quite picture Katie Holmes clad in Les Prairies and toting around Suri but maybe Selma Blair, she of the bitchin’ hair?
